Titans Football: Varsity Photo Gallery Updated with Quakertown & Hatboro-Horsham Images

Images from the Quakertown game earlier this month as well as from the Homecoming game against Hatboro-Horsham on October 17th have been posted to the C.B. South Varsity Football 2008 Season photo gallery.

Before dim lighting conditions at Quakertown’s Alumni Field made photographing high-quality, existing-light action images on the field next to impossible, we were able to capture some great twilight images.  After sunset however, it was strictly an evening for photographing emotions on the sideline.  And the course of the game provided no lack of emotional intensity, as the Titans came within seconds of eclipsing the Panther’s 29-27 lead and final score of the game.

Two weeks later, the Titans endured a difficult 56-21 loss against Hatboro-Horsham.  Thankfully, Homecoming festivities at half-time gave Titans fans a solid dose of light-hearted moments that somehow seemed “far and few between” during the 48 minutes of regulation football.  So enjoy a few highlights below, and check the C.B. South Varsity Football 2008 Season photo gallery for MANY more images of the evening — including Homecoming festivities and performances by both C.B. South and Hatboro-Horsham marching bands.

We will rejoin the Titans AND Patriots this Friday, when the Titans host the Patriots at Titan Stadium for each of the varsity team’s last game this season.  Neither team is destined for District 1 playoffs this season, but each team will definitely be playing for Central Bucks “bragging rights” amidst an East/West/South rivalry.  Both C.B. East and C.B. South have won their respective football games against C.B. West.  So the winner of Friday night’s East/South game takes home the Central Bucks “crown” this season.

We’ve photographed games for C.B. East and C.B. South this season, so we send along our best wishes to both organizations for a great 2008 season-ending game of Friday-night football.
