In the first of this season’s three Central Bucks football rivalry match-ups, the Titans took top honors with a 17-7 win over the Bucks this past Friday evening at War Memorial Field in Doylestown, PA. Solid performances by both the Titans offense and defense squads helped secure the team’s first win of the 2009 season and will undoubtedly help build positive momentum for the Titans as teams move into the second half of this year’s football season next week.

Looking ahead to our coverage for the 2nd half of this year’s Varsity football season, we plan to photograph the Patriots for two consecutive weeks when they host Pennridge (October 9) and C.B. West (October 16) at War Memorial Field. Then we’ll rejoin the Titans for two consecutive weeks when they compete against Hatboro-Horsham (October 23) away and Pennridge (October 30) at home. Lastly, to conclude our “regular season” coverage, we’ll be doing “double-duty” with an East/South match-up at War Memorial Field on November 6.
