CBE Lacrosse: Lady Patriots Avenge Earlier Season Loss to Lady Bucks with 14-9 Victory

On Tuesday evening, the Lady Patriots of C.B. East hosted arch-rival C.B. West at War Memorial Field, and they avenged an earlier season loss to the Lady Bucks with a 14-9 victory this time. Only at one point in the match did the Lady Bucks grab a one-goal lead near the end of the first half. Otherwise the evening belonged to the Lady Patriots, although both teams kept their energy levels high throughout.

We’ve collected 100 of our favorite image from Tuesday evening’s match and produced one of our multi-media HD WebShows to showcase what is always an intense — yet very sportsmanlike — rivalry between the two teams. Enjoy!!!

CBE Lacrosse: Lady Hatters Tally 21-13 Win Over Lady Patriots

We joined the Central Bucks East Ladies Lacrosse program this season on a pleasant twilight/evening, where the Lady Hatters hosted the Lady Patriots at Hatboro-Horsham stadium this past Wednesday. And for a few moments into the second half of the match, it appeared that the Lady Patriots might change the game’s momentum — at one point coming within 2 goals of the Lady Hatters’ persistent lead all evening. However, the Lady Hatters regained a more comfortable lead for the remainder of the game and walked away with the evening’s 21-13 victory.

Our multimedia HD WebShow brings lacrosse fans right up close to Wednesday evening’s game action with lots of tight images — some captured to the backdrop of Mother Nature’s fiery sunset. CBE Softball: Lady Patriots Top Quakertown 7-5

Earlier this week, we caught up with this season’s Lady Patriots Varsity Softball team in a contest where they hosted Quakertown High School on a breezy and cool Spring afternoon. The final score was 7-5 in favor of the Lady Patriots.

CBE Lacrosse: Patriots Grab A Rainy Day 13-2 Victory Over Archbishop Ryan

You’ve just got to admit it. Mother Nature has NOT been kind to this year’s outdoor Spring sports enthusiasts, as we can all attest to what seems to be a record-breaking number of “Game Postponed” alerts sent out to our trusty iPhones! There are, of course, exceptions that occur from time to time. And among those exceptions are the events scheduled on artificial turf. Such was the case last Saturday afternoon, as the LAX match between C.B. East and Archbishop Ryan went on as scheduled. However, only dedicated family members under the protection of HUGE umbrellas could be counted among those loyal enough to withstand the VERY persistent, cold and windy rain at Doylestown’s War Memorial Field — where the weather was more characteristic of Winter rather than Spring. Nonetheless, we donned the Aquatech rain gear for the camera and captured some great LAX images for those who want to re-live highlights of the game in drier and more comfortable surroundings!

Just relax… turn up the volume… and enjoy another multi-media HD WebShow, David-Nicholas style!!!

CBE Lacrosse: Patriots Edge Out 8-7 Victory Over Bucks

Our Spring 2011 sports photography coverage begins as Mother Nature finally delivered a summer-like, 80-degree day earlier this week for the first of this season’s C. B. East vs. C.B. West Mens Lacrosse matches. The Patriots edged out an 8-7 victory as the Bucks threatened to send the game into overtime with a 4th quarter rally. A final Patriots possession during the last seconds of the game secured the C.B. East win as the clock expired in regulation time.

We’re happy to bring LAX fans “up close and personal” to Monday evening’s game action with one of our high-definition, multi-media WebShows. So sit back and re-live game highlights set to music… David-Nicholas style!!! (High-speed, broadband Internet connection is required for an optimum viewing experience.)
